were at the Door together - That Davis pointed
the Gun towardsthe Door of Mrs. Anguish's House
That the Gun Miss'd Fire both time and Davis threw it on the
Floor. And then Davis took up either a Pistol or
a Gun (Informant cannot say which) from some other
part of the Room and fired it off immediately - That
Informant and Mrs Anguish were standing on the Door
sill - That Mrs Anguish's Sister another Woman and
the deceased were then standing by the Fire Side in the
Room - That the Door open'd from the Street into
the Room - That none of them received any Injury
from that Faring - That no words at all had then
passed between Davis and Informant or any of them
Except that Informant said to Davis you have a bad Picar That about Three Minutes afterwards he took up
the Gunhe(which before had missed Fire) from the
place where he had thrown it down and fired it of
That Informant was then standing on the Door Sill Mrs
Anguish was a little way within the House and the
deceased stood directly behind Informant That
Informant saw Davis present the Piece at them
and immediately stopp'd on one side That then
Davis fired the Piece - That one shot went into
One of the Hands of Mrs Anguish's Sister - That
as soon as Informant tuned himself round he saw
the deceased fall down with a sad Groaning That he
was wounded all the way up the Left side and had
one shot in one of his Eyes (but can't say which)
That the Shot appeared to Informant to be Number 2
That the deceased Lived tile a Quarter after six the
next morning but never spoke - That a Surgeon
was sent for who came in about Ten Minutes
That as soon as Davis had fired the Gun he came
running over to Mrs Anguish's and said to Informant a I am sorry
