and heard a Groaning and presently [..]
heard the deceased tell a little child who slept with [..] him to call
Mrs. Horseman. heard the Child call and then
Examinant called Bill Horseman< no role > & bid lair
call his Mother he got up immediately and did
so. Saith there is a Cupboard over the Bed in
which Examinant and his companion Stept.
which he observed to be open after the accident
happened and is some that it was shut when
Examinant went to Bed on the Friday Evening
and never know it open of it self. as it sticks close
when shut. and saith that a piece of the head
board of the Bed stead was broke off which Examinant
never saw before. and saith that there was the
mark of a foot against that part of the board
that was broke and another mark of a foot on
one side of the Bedstead which marks appeared
to be white as if from the Wall.

Fuller was in Bed before Examinant and fast
asleep - Saith that he does not go to Bed with
a Candle. but as it was moon light he could no.
