hid himself in the Closset described by-
the several Informants in the Information
of this day, that about two, o'Clock in
the Morning became out of the Closset
and went into the Room where Horseman
lay, with the Stick which he left in the
Room, and [..] in the possession of
John Barringer< no role > out Head borough brot on
seeing an Iron Barr Standing in the Chimney
Corner he took the Barr and Wounded
the send Walter Horseman< no role > on the
head and fond and Struck him
several blows and then made
his escape out of Window in
Horseman's Room, opened the back
Eates and Ran way over the fields
and then returned to Kentish Town ,
the fearthings he gave the Watchman
he took out of a Closset in Horseman's
Room and that no person whatever knew anything of the
murder but this Examinant
