Amey Fall< no role > Servant to Mr. James Rose< no role > upon her
Oath saith that Joseph Richards< no role > lodged at her
Masters House about three weeks thatabouthe
slept out one night soon after he came saith
Next on Friday was a week he slept out again
and the nearer why she hen our he slept out is the
she did not make his Bed. on the Saturday Morning
as it had not been lairs in the night before. Saith
that on ye Friday Night her Mistress sent her
to Mrs. Horsemans to her on if the said Joseph
Richards
< no role > was there that Mr. Horseman said he
was not come home Examinant said perhaps
pewill not came Home to Night and she
said she thought he would but she supposed if
he did come Home he would not come to her
Mistresses House. but if he came to her House
(meaning the deceaseds) and flung any thing
up at ye Window John the Black smith (meaning
the Witness Tretman) would let him in for he
lay there one Night before when halfay'd out from his Lodging
saith that she hath not seen him since the Friday
morning until this Morning at Litchfield Street
office
