Accident happened this Deponent was out in the
Fields with Joseph Richards< no role > cutting sticks and saith.
that he cut a short sticks or bludgeon with a Nob at the
End fit which Joseph Richards< no role > insisted upon having
and Examinant gave it to him. And saith that on
the Morningthatthe before mentioned accident
happened. Mrs. Horseman showed him a sticks she
had found in the deceaseds Room at the time the
found the bar and saith that it is the same stich he
cutandevent that it had a hole bored in the not
he saw done and when Mrs. Horseman esteemed it this Examinant it
which was filled up with lead saith that Joseph

Victualler upon her oath saith that Joseph Richards< no role > lodged
at this Examinants House about a fortnight before.
the accident happened to the deceased saith that he
slept out of the House on the Saturday after he
had lodged a week [..] at theExaminantsHouse
the next day she asked him why he did not sleep at
Home. but door not recollect what answer he
gave. Saith that on Friday the tenth instant
he slept from Home again as she verily believes
as he usually came in before the family went
to Bed saith there is no they to the Street Door
but it is a spring look and has two collr. and
never saw the said Joseph Richards< no role > after thesaid FridayThursday
Night.
