the said lead into a hole in the head of the said Stick
and is positive that the Stick now produced
is the same Stick she saw in the
possession of the said Joseph Richards< no role >
as aforesaid

And this Informant John Trotman< no role > for himself
saith that he lodges in the House of the
other Informant Mary Horseman< no role > that
on Sunday the 5th-day of february Just
he met the person now present who calls
himself Joseph Richards< no role > at the house of
the said Mrs. Horseman when they agreed
to go into the fields together that this
Informant Cut three sticks one of which
the said Joseph Richards< no role > said he would
have which he took away and on the
Wednesday or Thursday following he
brought the said Stick to the Shop where
this Informant work's cut the head of
it with a knife and made a hole in
the head, and this Informant further
saith that he is positive that the
Stick now produced is the Stick he
gave the said Joseph Richards< no role > as
aforesaid

and this Informant Joshua Johnson< no role >
for himself saith that he is a Watchman
