him three Matches which he delivered to him - That said Davidson
then took said Basket and went out [..] to said other Man
who joined him, and they went away up Green Dragon Lane
leading to Ealing - that about eight oClock the next Morning
said other Man came again to this Informants House and
had Bread and Cheese and Beer and staid about half an
hour - that this Informant asked him during the time he
was there what was become of Tour meaning said Davidson
who replied that he was gone the other Road and that the
Business they went upon the Night before could not be done
that said Man also asked this Informant what was become of the
Cord that was left in said Basket, to which he replied that he
knew nothing about it, that said Man then further said that
had they had the said Cord with them the night before, they could
have done the Business they went upon.
