That about 6 o' Clock the same Evening he was coming out
of his Masters House And heard he Cry of Stop Thirt
and saw a Man in a Light Coloured Coat running very fast
towards the Square and nobody near him That he Seized hold
of him and he made Resistance and said he was Running
after the Thief, Immediately afterwards the Boy Came
up with a Bundle said he had been Robbed and immediately
he saw the Man this Informant had Stopt he said
he was the Man who had Robbed him where upon with
some Assistance he saw Secured.

himself Saith. That he heard the Cry of Stop Thief
and came up When the said James Nash< no role >
was then
in Custody Langston the Boy came up immediately
afterwards and said that was the man (meaning Nash)
Who had Robbed him and this Informant Assisted
in taking him before the Justices

for herself Saith that about or quarter past 5 o' Clock
on Tuesday Evening last She delivered to the said

the Things herein mentioned to be the
