different times this Informant was Robed of Sundry Articles
of Ironmongers Goods was Informed that his Porter
Charles Parkins< no role >
was seen to take thing out of a Press and Carry them out of the house
on which he ordered particular notice to be taken of his Conduct, On
Monday the 30th. of October last seen after his Shop was Shut this
Informant son informed him that the said Charles Parkins< no role >
had taken
some things out of a Press and gone out with them on which this
Informant immediately followed him and stoped him in the Street
and found on him six paper Parcels containing Coffin Nails this
this Informant Property.

Saith that better than three Week times on a Sunday the Prisoner

came to her Master Mr. Bents house, and was in
Company with the Porter

in her Masters shop for
a Considerable time and then went out together, on the Sunday
following the said Faurset came again and was in Company with
Parkins in her master Kitchen about a Quarter of an hour, then
went away on the Sunday following Parkins came home about half
past eight in the Evening and enquired if his Master was at home
