for himself saith That he is of the Age of
12 Years and is the son of Robert Evans< no role >

That his Mother is a Laundress
That about the hours of 5 o Clock on Tuesday afternoon
last he went to the House of Mr: Davis in Saint Martins
Le Grand
and to the House of Mrs: Whitnell in Little
Brittain
for some Linnen for his Mother to Wash
That he Received from Mary Cuxon< no role >
the Servant
to the said
Mr: Davis Five Shirts Two Shifts and Three Neckcloths
and from a Boy belonging to Mr. Whitnell One Flannell
petty coat One Divinity pettcoat Two Shifts Three
HandKerchiefs One pair of Pockets and One Night Cap
That they were all Tyed up in a Bundle That he was
coming up Holbone
and near King Street
a Man in a
Light Coloured Court Came behind him and Snatched the
Bundle from him and Ran away up King Street
This Informant Ran after him and Called out Stop
Thief When the Man dropt the Bund be in the Middle of the Street
and this Informant Took it up and the Man was
taken into Custody at the Top of the said Street and
when he came up he immediately knew him to be
the same person who Robbed said and he was taken
before the Justices in Hyde Street
