Who being upon say and first the said Francis Plowden< no role > says that
a Straw Coloured Waistcoat and breeches now produced by Charles
Jealous< no role > is his property and were Stolen in his House on Sunday
the 30th. of July last And William Plowden< no role > says that on said
30th. of July last two pair of Sheets. two Pillow Cases, two Napkins, sixteen
Stocks, five Neck handkerchiefs, fifteen pair of Stockings, seven pair of
Breeches, two Pair of Drawers and other Articles were Stolen in the House
of the said Francis Plowden< no role > , and further says that the Shirts Stockings
and other Articles now produced are his property and are part of
those that were so stolen And said James Aldous< no role > says that on
Friday last a Person now present who calls himself James Foothead< no role > This name instance is in set 16081610.
came to his shop and Offered to pledge two of said Shirts, saying his
Name was "James Hales< no role > " and that said Shirts were his own property
that Informant observing the Marks to have been taken out he suspected
