taken before
me this 9th. day of August 1786
Who being Oath saith that either in the Night of the
fourth or in the morning of the Fifth of July lastcost
six pieces of white Callico and two pieces of printed were
feloniously stolen in his printing Shop at Stratford
aforesaid;
And further saith that fr [..] Confession of John Swales< no role >
now present, together with other Circumstances, he hath
just reason to Suspect and doth suspect that Boze
Venner< no role >
now present the said John Swales< no role >
and one
Francis Hall< no role >
, not yet taken feloniously stole the Same
and further saith that from the said Confession he
doth also suspect and believe that Eleanor Daily< no role >
now in New Prison
Clerkenwell
feloniously received
part of said Callico well knowing the same to have
been Stolen.
