Who being on Oath say and first Richard Merriman< no role >
for himself says that He is a Watchman
in Westminster
Mark
that this Morning about One oClock He saw a Person now
present who calls himself William Harris< no role >
take the Carcase
of a Lamb (the property of Mr. William Stent< no role >
) that was hanging
in the Market that the said William Harris< no role >
feet the said
Carease on to stall Board that this Informant was then about
Twenty Yard from he place where the said Carease was
first hanging that this Informant went toward the said
William Harrison< no role >
who immediately ran away that this Informt.
fellowed Him and took Him on the Steps by the Collar Pulled
Room down and told him the would Blow his Brains out if
attempted to run away that on returning to the Stall Board
the formd a handkerchief with a Sleeps Kidney & Fall and the
Hewit & Liver of the aforesaid Lamb and this Informant further
says that when He first saw the said William Harris< no role >
the percieved
his save very Plain and that the never lost right of Him tell
after the had taken Him on the said Steps.

for Himself says that the in a Butcher
in
Westmr. Market
that on Sunday Evening last about the Hour of
Eight or Nine this Informant hung a Sleep and Lamb
up in the said Market and that the Lamb taken down by the
said William Harvis< no role >
was the same which this Informant
huring up in the Market the said Evening
And Thomas Thompson< no role >
for Himself says that he is a Constable
of Saint Margarets Parish
that the Prisoner Willm. Harvis< no role >
was brought to the Watchouse [..] this Morning [..] about one
o Clock & charged with Stealing a Lamb & entling bearing out the
pluck that on Searching them found a Little saw & a Double last
Knife that this Informant of served the back part of his Left Hand
was Bloody and likewise the inside of his right Hand
