The said County

The said Susannah on her Oath says on Friday last between the
Hours of Four and Five, One Jacob Cook< no role > a Boy came to her and told
her That There were Three Thieves came out [..] the House of her Next
door Neighbour and weregoinggone away with the Cloaths Says
she immediately run out of her house when the said Boy told her
the men in Sight were Two of the men who he lead seen come out of
the said houseThat she called out Stop Thief pursued
and overtook the Prisoner present who says his name is John Keys< no role >
who she saw during the pursuit Throw the Callimancoe petty Coat [..] sub produced
away which she immediately picked up and kept on said Pursuit he the said
John Keys< no role > not being out of her sight from the first of her seeing him to
his being takenThat she went and Examined the said house and found the Door of
the Room which Robert Wood< no role > lives in had been forced open and the Drawers open that she fastned the
said Door for Security of the property therein
Jacob Cook< no role > says on Oath he lives with his Father in Law James Hines< no role > at No. 5 in the
Match Walk Shadwell Sail cloth Weaver says this Day Week between 4 and 5
in the afternoon he saw [..] The Prisoner John Keys< no role > and Two more men come out
of the house of Robert Wood< no role > which is next door to Mr. Greenway in the Little Watch Walk
[..] Two of whom had Bundles with them That the said John Keys< no role > come out of
the said house first having the [..] Petty coat now produced under his Coat that he weat
and told Mrs. Green away he had Seen Three Lads Thieves come out of the house next
door who immediatley come out where he shaved her Two of the said John Keys< no role >
other being Men out of Sight That they pursued them says he saw the said John Keys< no role >
drop the said Petty coat which said Mrs. [..] Greenway pick the same up
and kept on the pursuit and Saw her lay told of the said John Keys< no role > he not having been
out of Sight the whole time

Mary< no role > the Wife of Robert Wood< no role > of the Little Match Walk Shadwell Twine
Spinner on her Oath Says on Friday the 18th of August Instant in the afternoon she went from
home between the Hours of Tree and Four locked the [..] door the
Windows fast leaving no person therein or was there any person immediately That she went to a friend in
Shoreditch where her husband came and Stept with her Says when she
went home the next Morning she was told by a Lodger that the house had
been robbed which on Examining she missed a Cotton Gown and the Green
Callin [..] petty coat now produced which had been taken away in
her absence from out of the Room they keep themselves that the said Gown
and Petty coat when she went out as aforesaid [..] were in the Top drawer of
a Chest of Drawers in the said Room which her this head and she lives in
in the said house
