Justices of the peace in and for the said County

Joseph Howell< no role > at Wm Lucas< no role > a Carpenter in Poplar says
on oath on [..] Sunday last was a Wack he went to the sign
of the Blue Ancher in Cable Street St George Middlesex between
the hours of Ten and Eleven at night and had a pot of Bear with one
[..] Howard a Labourer both in the Service of Mrs Powery of Poplar says the person
present who says her name is Catherine Wilson< no role > came and sit by
him put her hand on his Thigh That he agreed to go to her Lodgings
to sleep with herSays he saw that the Room door was fastned
is certain he had Nine Shillings and six pence in Silver and half
a Guinea in Gold in his Breeches pocket and then went to bed
the said Catherine Wilson< no role > following him directly Says he waked
about the Hour of Three in the Morning Found his Bed fellow
the said Catherine Wilson< no role > gone his said Mony taken out of his
Breeches pocket and a Dark blue coat of his taken awayThat
has not seen her since before Yesterday that he found her at the said house the Blue Anchor when he gave charge of her
to Job [..] who name away and had herself in a House hole field head boroughThe said Catherine Wilson< no role > denying
her ever having been with this Informant or ever having seen him
That he is Positive and cannot mistake her person

Anthony Howard< no role > on his Oath says he was with his Fellow Servant the and Joseph Howell< no role > on
Sunday last was afortnight drinking at the Blue Anchor aforesaid and went
with the said Anthony and the said Catherine Wilson< no role > to her Lodging and left them
together and Shut the door of the Room then being about the Hour of Eleven
at night
