was Picked of the Silk Handkerchief now produced Says the
Suspecting the Person Present who says his Name is James

to have the same the challenged him with
take wit who appeared as though he would not hear but
on his beginning to search him the said James Peachy< no role >
tounbottom
his Breeches and took the said Handkerchief from between his Breeches
and his Body saying he did not take it but Pickd it of the Ground
This Informant says the said Handkerchief is his Property and which
he used about a Minute or Two before in Blowing his Nose and putting
the same into his Coat Pocket
