The Information of John Frazier< no role > and Peter
Bonny< no role > taken on Oath the 29th day of July
1786 before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex

This Informant John Frazier< no role > on his Oath Saith That he is a Gardener to
Mr. Gedaliah Gatfield< no role > of the Parish of Saint John
Hackney in the County of Middlesex And That on Sunday
night of the Twenty third day of July Instant his Masters
Garden at Hackney aforesaid was Robbed of a Quantity
of Pipe Lead, one Hand Saw and other things the property
of his said Master And that a Quantity of Pipe Lead
and one Handsaw now produced by Peter Bonny< no role > a
Watchman of the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal
Green is the property of his said Master and the
same that was stolen out of his said Masters
Garden as before mentioned.

This Informant Peter Bonny Saith That
he is a Watchman of the Parish of Saint Matthew [..]
Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex And that on
Monday Morning last between the Hours of three
and four O'Clock he then being in Hare Street in the
said Parish of Bethnal Green on his Duty [..] he
saidsaw Nicholas Deadross< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. the Prisoner now under
under Examination coming towards him with a blue
Apron on his head with something in lip which he suspected he had not
honestly come by, Informant then asked him
what he had there but the Prisoner made no
Answer, And on which he took the Prisoner
and the pipe Lead and handsaw now Produced
by him, to the Watchhouse and from thence
to the Public Office in Worship street Shoreditch
before the sitting Magistrates there
