3. o Clock in the Morning or the said Sunday at which
time he had on a Black Coat and the Great Coat over it That
he did not attempt to Stop him because he at the time
thought it was the Apprentice to Mr: Zugg as he wore
Black Cloaths

The said Christopher Nuby< no role > for himself Saith
That he lodges in the Garret of the said House in
Which Garrett the prisoner lay that Evening That about
the hour of 5. oClock in the Morning he went to Take
down his Watch which was hanging over his head in
the Bed to see what time it was it was gone and the
prisoner was gone also and also a pair of Shoes That
his Watch is of the Value of Three pounds and he has
not seen it since

The Said Michael Chew< no role > for himself Saith
That he is and Apprentice to the above named Mr.
Lugg and Sheeps with Nuby The Prisoner when this
Informant went to Bed was lying on the Bedstead
and asked this Informant if the Cloaths (meaning a
Black Coat and Waistcoat which the said prisoner
took away with him) were his best Cloaths That
he awake about the hour of half past 4d. Clock and
asked Nuby to Cook at his Watch but the Watch was
taken away and the prisoner was gone and about
6.o Clock the same Morning he found That his Black
Coat and Waistcoat was also Taken away That they
are of the Value of Fifteen Shillings

The said Henry Parkman< no role > for himself
Saith That he is a Journeyman to Rankin
and was coming through Soho Square about
