Saith That on Thursday last between eleven and twelve
o'Clock in the forenoon the deceased who was Deponents
Fellow Servant and Deponent had been with some
Beer to Shack le well and were returning along the Road
to the Brew house the deceased driving his Horses in
the Dray on the proper side of it and Deponent walking
close behind it and a Timber Carriage or Gig with
Two Wheels and Timber fired to it drawn by Three
Horses was following drove by a Man whose Name
Deponent is informed in John Hubbs< no role >
And who was also on the proper side of his Horses and
just as deceased came opposite The Black Bull
at
things land aforesaid he stopped his Horses upon which
Stubbs said "Damn you what do you stop there for" the
deceased said "I must stop here"Stubbs "said Damn
you soul but I will pull you wheel off then." the
