Neck which she had just put loose one
and her Apron which she was
Endeavouring to tye and ran away
with the same when this Informants
pursued the said Joseph Waite< no role > saved
called out Stop thief and had him
Secured which did not find either the
Apron onandHandkerchief Since
And this Informants further upon
her Oath Saint that she charges the
said Joseph Waite< no role > the person now
present with feloniously Stealing
taking and Carrying away One
Liman ApronMuslin Apron
and One Muslin Handkerchief of
the Value of Ten Shillings and Six
pence the Goosis and property of her
