deceased "said do so thenimmediately Stubbs pulled
The how home of his Carriage from behind the Dray and drow the Carriage
on the near side and came past the Dray and then threw
his Houses off night upon the deceased who was standing
with his right side against the Staff Horse immediately
the off wheel of the Timber Cart went against the deceased
catched his Shoe, broke his buckle and dragged him
down under the Wheel and went own his left Leg
along his side and over his head and after the Wheel
had gone own the deceased Stubbs drow his Horse on
towards London without taking any Notice of what
had happenedSaith he saw the danger the
deceased was in but had not power to call out
before the Mischief happened and than immediately
Dan after Stubbs and stopped him at about twenty
Yards distance and led him up to the deceased
who was still laying in the Road quite dead Now
(said Deponent) do you see what you have done here
you have done wilfull MurderStubbs replied
it is an Accident Deponent than quitted Stubbs
who went back to his Timber Carriage & draw it on
and Deponent and two or three other persons then took
the deceased into a Stable belonging to the Black
Bull quite dead.Saith there was Room enough
in the Road for Stubbs to have draw his Carriage
past the Dray without turning his Houses round against the
deceased in the manner before described and no other
carriage coming past at the timeSaith that on the
