who being on their Oaths say and first the said William Brown< no role >
for himself saith that he is a private Watchman
belonging
to the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the said County
of Middlesex
that about four o'Clock on Monday morning
last he Stopped the person now present who says his name
is Edward Abbott< no role >
Carrying in the said parish The Men and
Sixteen Young Chickens now producedand the Ten Young
Howles now produced and detained him on Suspicion of
having Stolen the said Fowls and Chickens
And the said Thomas Hemp< no role >
for himself saith that the said Men and
Chickens and Young Fowls are his property and were Stolen from
him in the Night of Sunday or early on Monday Morningnext
last at the parish of Barking
in the County of Essex
