This Informant not being Satisfied with this reply
followed them saith that the person not present
Ranwentdown old Montague Street & got away
the said John Sims< no role > Ran wentdown High Street and
into a House there and Bolled the Door upon
him this Informant Saith that he called the
watch and in about a Quarter of an Hour the
Door was opened to them when he this informant
& his Brother [..] went into the said House and found
the said John Sins in Bed that they Apprehended
and delivered him into the Custody of a Peace officer
lastly saith that he is positive that the said
John Sims< no role > is one of the Persons who came out
of the said Celler as aforesaid
