his Property was Stolen or Strayed from Edmonton
Common - and that on Monday last he found the
said Mare in the Possession of Mr Caleb Holloway< no role >
of North Mims in the County of Hertford who
Informed him this Depot. that he Bought the said
Man of Mr Charles Chaddock< no role > of South Mims
the said County of Middlesex

And the said Charles Chaddock< no role >
Maketh Oath that he Bought the said Mare of
a Person who Calls himself by the Name of
Richard Smith< no role > at London Colney on Wednesday the roth
Day of the said Month of October
