Musical Instrument Maker Maketh Oath That
about Six o'Clock in the Evening of Yesterday the 24th
Day of this Instant November as he was Returning
from the House of Culling Smith of Hadley in the
said County Esqr Where he had been Trueing a Harpmord
he was assaulted And Stopt on the Publick Highway
by a Man who Clapt a Pistol to his Breast and
Demanded his Money and Watch - Robbed him of Ten
Shillings And Two Pence half penny - That on this
Deponents Informing Some Persons of the Robbery she
said Man was Pursued And Taken Soon after by Peter
Campbell

this Deponent is now Present and that he is Certain
And on his said Oath Doth Declare that the said Person
