betwixt us & desired I wod. come to his house &
Mention the same to Mr. Goodridge myself &
he wod. Back me therein that on the 6th. of April
1783 I accordg. whent to Mr. Evans's & sent for
Goodridge when the [..] port was Open'd to him
& after some Cavalling he Agreed to give us
a Bond for £400 each which I was Desired
to bring on the Next Night when such Bonds
were Executed to Evan's & Self by Goodridge for
£400 but Goodridge Observing he shod. not time
to have his Bonds Exposed it was Agreed betwn.

Adminstration shod. be Franted to Goodridge [..]

had sd. to Mr. Gregory as well as on Our Examina
