in the night between Saturday the Eleventh and
Sunday the twelfth of September last

Who Saith that on the Eleventh Instant at night, he
went with Robert Warren< no role >
to fetch Six Sack's of
Malt which this Examinant had the day before
seen lying in Parcel of bushes in Hampton
field
; that they took an empty Cast, which they
saw standing in Sunbury
for that purpose; that
they accordingly fetch'd it down to the Waters
side opposite French Street, when this Examinant
had left his boat for that purpose, when Edward
Collet< no role >
and William Thorpe< no role >
: came up to themthat
he then carried the Malt in the boat to his own house
that he kept it there some days, and whether there
were any Marks upon the Sacks he does not know
that at out a Week afterwards he sold the Malt,
but will not say to whom nor when the Sacks
now are.
