This Informant Elizabeth Timberlake upon her Oath
Saith That a Man who says his Name is Joseph Brotherhead< no role >
felonious Stole an Iron Grate the property of Joseph Ru [..]
andfrom the door of George Clempson< no role > No. 15. Theoblad road
Iron monger and which said Grate was there for the purpose
of being Repaired That the said Grate was found in the Possession
of the said Joseph [..] Brotherhead< no role > by this Informant
and upon her asking him what he was going to do with
it he said he did not know but immediately Threw the
same down and ran away And this Informant
Thomas Buffin upon his Oath Saith That he saw the
abovenamed Joseph Brotherhead< no role > threw the Grate & [..]
on the Ground and upon her asking the said Elizabeth
Timberlake< no role > if it was her property She said it was and
She Cryed out Stop Thief and this Informant Pursmed
the said Joseph Brotherhead< no role > and Took him into Custody
