Who being, on Oath say & first Thomas Kipping< no role >
for
Himself says that He is Servant
to Mr. Drabwell Shoemaker
in
King Street
Broad Something Westminster
that this Morning
about Six o'Clock one Edward Househam< no role >
the Person now present
came to the Shop of this Informants Master for a Tool called a Pricker
which He said He had left there that while He was in the Shop
this Informant missed a pair of Womens French Heet Shoes
went up Stairs & told his Master that when He returned He oberv'd
the Pockets of the said Edward Househam< no role >
sticking out & that He
attempted to go out of the Shop that this Informant stoped him
changed him with having Shoes in his Pockets & told Him He
should not go till his Master came down that the said Edward
Househam< no role >
denied having any Shoes but on hearing the Master
come down Stairs He [..] lled Four pair of Mens Shoes Two pair
of Womens Shoes & one pair of Mens Old Shoes out of his Pockets
which Shoes this Informant says are the property of his Master

for himself says that He was
called this Morning between the Hours of Seven & Eight by his Servant
the said Thomas Kipping< no role >
who inform'd him Edward Househam< no role >
was in the Shop & that He suspected He had stole a pair of Shoes
that this Informant came down & some the said Edward Housham< no role >
in the Shop & Seven pair of Shoes that the said Thomas Kipping< no role >
informed him, the said Edward Househam< no role >
had taken out of
his Pockets which Shoes this Informant says are his
property
