Who being upon Oath say and first the said
John Fowler< no role > says that a Tin Plate Warmer now
[..] produced is this Informants Master property and
was stolen this Evening about Six oClock out of
his ShopAnd the said Samuel beard< no role > says that
a few Minutes after six o Clock this Evening he saw
a person now present who calls himself Luke Rogers< no role >
Cuter the Shop of said Joseph Lucas< no role > (after having some
time looked thro' the Window) that conceiving his intention
was to steal something he waited about half a Minute
when said Luke Rogers< no role > came out with said Plate Warmer
in his handThat he followed him to Great Wild Street
where he apprehended him and took him to said Mr. Lucas's
