Who on this Oath say and first the said Ann Brown< no role >
says that about
two o'Clock this Morning as this Informant was passing [..] through
Clare Court
with a Bundle in her hand containing a Gown Petticoat
and Apron now produced and a Napkin besides, three Men came
up to her, one of whom laid hold of her throat snatched the
Bundle from her and all three ran away. That between
9 & 10 oClock this morning as this Informant was going down Drury
Land she saw a person now present who calls herself Henrietta
Jones who had in her Apron the said Gown Petticoat and
Apron part of which was not covered which was the Cause
of this Informants discovering them [..] And the
said Richard Dempsey< no role >
says that between 8 & 9 oClock this
morning Richard Cunningham< no role >
now present and two other Men came
into this Informants House in Russel Street
aforesaid and
went awayAnd the said Henrietta Jones Says that this morning
between 9 & 10 o'Clock as she was going to the said Richard
Dempsays House in Russel Street
aforesaid she met a person
now present who calls himself Richard Cunningham< no role >
who
was in Company with two other Men one of them a short
Man in a light coloured Coat, the other a Tall Man with a
Carbuncled [..] Face in a blue CoatThat said Cunningham delivered to
