Who being upon Oath say and first the said Elizabeth
Radford< no role >
says that about 6 oClock on Thursday Evening last a person
now present who calls himself Thomas Tyler< no role >
came to her House in
Devereux Court in the Strand
aforesaid and ordered two Pots of Beer
to be sent to a Silk Dyers opposite Essex Street
in the Strand
That said Tyler asked this Informant if she could supply him with
Change for Gold, twice a Weck, to pay his Men, as they meant to
be good CustomerThat she this Informant agreed so to doThat
said Tylerthenasked this Informant if she couldnotlet him
have some Change then, and desired her to send over to said
Silk Dyers
, as much change as she couldThat she
delivered to said [..] Tyler two Guineas and a half in Silver and
Sent the said Charles Howell< no role >
with him in order to take the
Beer, and bring back two Guineas and an half GuineaAnd
the said Charles Howell< no role >
says that he went with said Beer from
said Mrs. Radfords House in order to receive said two Guineas
and a halfThat in going thro' the Strand
to said Silk Dyers
the said Tyler ran away from this Informants, with said
two Guineas and a half in Silver
