The Information of Samuel Fidden< no role > Taken upon Oath
Before me Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr . One of His Majesty's Justices
of the peace in and for the said County of Middlesex this 25th. day
of May 1784

This Informant upon his Oath saith that on Tuesday
Morning being the 18th. of this Instant May being about the hour
of seven OClock he went to drink at a Public House Known by the
sign of the Coach and Horses Temple Bar and went to sleep in
the said House and when he awoke he was Informed by David
Jones
< no role > that a Man who calls himself William Atterbery as he
Verily believes did feloniously take and Carry away from out of
his Breeches Fob pocket a Silver Watch the Property of him the said
Samuel Fidden< no role > having been so informed by the said David Jones< no role >
that the said William Atterberry< no role > had stolen the said Watch from
him the said Samuel Fidden< no role >
