Who being on Oath say and First the said William Booth< no role >
for himself says that on Saturday last he Locked up the Warehouse
of Mr. Gaffer Little Abingdon Street and that the Eight Pestles the
Mallet and the Waistcoat now produced found on the Person
now present who calls himself William Cogan< no role >
are his pro-
perty and that the said Articles were deposited in that said
Warehouse
And Thomas Busby< no role >
for himself says that on Monday
about Half past Twelve he saw the said William Cogan< no role >
in Little
Abingdon
Street
that having Suspicion of him He this Informant
watched Him and saw him go to Mr. Gaffers Wharf
underneath the
Warehouse then saw him return from the Wharf with the
Waistcoat now produced and Assisted to take Him
And James Middleton< no role >
for himself says that He saw
the said William Cogan< no role >
in Little Abingdon
Street
that suspecting
him He this Informant Watched him and saw him go toward
Mr. Gaffen Wharf
that the saw him return with the Waistcoat
now produced under his Arm and then took him
And William Radburn< no role >
for himself says that about
a Quarter before Twelve the saw the Door of Mrs. Gaffers Ware< no role >

house fast Locked that He saw the said William Cogan< no role >
in
Little Abingdon
Street going toward Mr. Gaffers Wharf
and
soon after saw him return with the Waiscoat now produced
under his Arm and the [..] dles of the Pestles out of his Pocket
