That then Two or three Persons Came by
And they Persuaded the Other Man to

Stript and went to fighting (They had
before Both of Them their Cloaths on)
That whilst They were fighting
Informant Came down to Them from
the House and when he got down
they were leaving off-There were not
above One or Two Blows Passed after
Informant Came down
Saith That soon after they began
fighting the Prisoners stip'd and fell down
That Informant did not see the Deceased
fall at all
