This Informant Robert Kerr< no role > Saith that he being a neighbour
to Mr. Hollingsworth he was sent for by Mrs. Hollingsworth on
Saturday Evening last, and on his coming to the shop she told
Mr. Kerr that the Prisoner now under Examination (who was
then in her Shop) had robbed her and shewed him two of the
marked Shillings She had been robbed and desired this Informant
to take her into the Kitchen and search her, Informant then
took her by both hands and led her into the Kitchen and there
searched the Prisoners Pockets and found therein Ninteen marked
shillings four other shillings and one marked Guinea, and
found besides in a Glough in her hand four Guineas and some
silver, Informant then sent for a Benjamin Ward< no role > Peace Officer who
came and took her into Custody and the money that was found
upon her was delivered into the Race Officers hands
