John Gibson< no role > the Younger of White Chapell
Surgeon Saith That he this day Examined the
Child and Opened itThinks it is full Seven
MonthsThe Nailsnorare not so grown
as they are in General on a Child at its full
timeThat the Lower Jan is Broke
which Informant Believes was from a
PressureThat the Navel String is very
longand not Secured as it always
is where Assistance hathnotbeen given
Fromwhich and the Loss of Blood will Prove
fatal to the Life of the Child
Saith That he hath Fryed the usual Experiment
on the Lungs which is not an unerring
MethodFrom that experiment there is
reason to suppose the Child was born Alive
And Informant Supposes it was born Alive
But from the Circumstance of the Navel String
it was impossible for it to Live long
As to the Lungs (from the Putrified State of
the Child) they might have floated if the Child
had been Still Born

The above Informations were
severally Taken and Acknowledged
the day and Year first above written
