The Information of Roderick Mackay< no role > at
Mr. Mr. Nivens in one Fun Court Strand taken
upon Oath before me this 10th. day of April 1784

Who saith that onSaturdayFriday the 28th. day of March 1784
between the hours of Seven and Eight o'Clock in the Evening
this Informant was asked by the Prisoner Susannah
Foot
< no role > at Charing Cross to treat her with a Glass of wine
this Informant Agreeing, the Prisoner took him to a
house in Johnson Court Charging Cross, Kept by one William
Nash
< no role > , the Waiter Shewed him into a Room up Stairs, and had
Several Bowls of Brandy and Water, afterwards this Informant
and the Prisoner was Conducted to a Bed in another Room in
the said house by the said Waiter, this Informant and the
Prisoner laid on the Bed, on awaking next Morning found
his Watch and his Purse on the Bolster, and fifteen
Guineas taken thereout, and the Prisoner gone

the Prisoner Susannah Foot< no role > and a Gentlemannamed Mackehere
Present came to his house and drank seven or eight Shillings worth of Brandy
and Water, afterwards the Gentleman and the Prisoner went to Bed together in the
one Pair of Stairs Room, about two hours Afterwards the Prisoner came down
Stairs this Informant asked the Prisoner if She was going She answered yes as
She could get now Money of the Gentleman till the Morning then she was to have half
a Crown, the Called for a Quartson of Gin and went away
