and first the said William Hangey< no role > for himself saith that
having corn to the Horse Surry Westminster with a Borge
(belonging to his Master Water Powney< no role > of thirty upon Thomas
led on with different articles on Tuesday the 9 of this instance
March he about seven in Receiving of the same Day received
information that Fire Sacks of Malt had been taken from the board
Borge: and one James King< no role > informed him he had seen one
Williams Huntley< no role > with a Surk on his Barte which he carried
to the House of John Nelson< no role > a Shoemaker in Great StoneWestmr
that on this he applied to the Patroles who together with himself
Watched the said House all right to see that nothing went out of it
and in the morning he saw the above John Nelson< no role > master and
two others go out of the House he then Applied to a magistrate for
a search Warrant which was rounded and went with Mr. Corney the
[..] to the said House in the upper Part of which they found
of Quantity of Malt which they supposed say he contain about
the Quantity of Tin Sacks laying between the listing and the
Roof and two Remarkable Tiers the property of his Master
laying by it on which they returned to the Magistrate who ordered
the Constable to carry the said Malt to his House and [..] for
the owner

and the said James King< no role > for himself saith that in the Tuesday
evening above mentioned About seven in the evening he saw the
Above William Huntley< no role > with a full Sack on his Back
coming from the Water side which sack he saw his carry
into the House of the above John Nelson< no role > he also saw another
Person unknown with another Suck on his Back which he
carried to and left at the same Places and both of Ann
continued on the House when this Deponent came away
