The Information of Charles Cross< no role >
taken before me One of His Majestys
Justices of the peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about Nine o'
Clock Yesterday Morning he was going along
Lawrence Lane< no role > Saint Giles when the two
Persons now present [..] who call
themselves Ann Burton< no role > and Sarah Baker< no role >
was standing at a Door and asked this Informt.
of he would walk in and they would treat him
that heintowent into the Passages and
they then insisted on his going up Stair
which he refused to do upon which they
Seized held of him and by Violence pulled him
up Stairs into a Room and there saw another
Woman when they Immediately bolted
the Door and the said Ann Burton< no role > and
Sarah Baker< no role > threw him upon a Bed which
was in the said Room and Sworn that he had
Money and Money they would have and by
force [..] held him on the
Bed and searched his pockets and took one
half Crown piece one Six pence in Silver
and a Metal Watch and thewed Ann Burton< no role >
Immediately ran away with the said Money
and Watch and the said Sarah Baker< no role > called
out Murder upon which the Woman when he
