Instant between the Hours of Twelve and one He saw the Person now present who call him-
self William Cogan< no role >
in Mr: Vidlors Yard near the Gateway and soon
after saw him go out of the Yard with a Marble Slab or his Back
that He followed him to the Fleace in Union Street
where He Call'd
for Assistance then stoped the said William Cogan< no role >
and asked where
He was going with the Slabb that He answered Mr: Vidler had
sent him for it and was going to take it into the Strand
.
And the said John Mansel< no role >
for himself says that
on the Sixth day of April between the Hours of Twelve and One

in Parliament Street
with a Marble

on his Head that He stoped him and asked him where
