Joseph Church< no role > , John Miles< no role > , James Gray< no role > , and Thomas Brown< no role > were there
taken into Custody and a large Quantity of Dollars secured went to
Dunkirk aforesaid with two persons to identify the said Church Miles
Gray and Brown then being in the Gaol at Dunkirk aforesaid to be the
persons charged with the said Felony and this Deponent saith that
he afterwards went to paris in respect of the said Business and left
the said Church, Miles, Gray and Brown confined in Custody at
Dunkirk aforesaid and this Deponent saith that he returned to
London on the ninth day of December instant And lastly this
Deponent saith that from the proceeding of the persons employed in the
business [..] Paris aforesaid he this Deponent apprehends and verily
beleives he will be able to procure the said Church, Miles, Gray and
Brown to be brought to this Kingdom so as to be tried at the said next
Session in the Month of January next.
