Sepulchre without Cooper the above prosecute maketh Oath
and saith that he this Deponent on or about the Sixth day of
FebruaryJanuary last Entered into a recognizance before William
Blackborow< no role >
Esqr one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
to Prosecute the Prisoner with
Effert And the Deponent further saith that he Attended the
Grand Jury at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green
and
preferred a Bill of Indictment against the said James Riley< no role >
which Bill was returned a true Bill And this Deponent
further saith that after the said Bill being so found her
Attended this Honorable Court for severall days to Prosecute
the Prisoner all the time of the Court sitting but never heard
his Name called And this Deponent further saith that after
so continueing in Waiting during severall Days he was informed
the Middlesex
Jury was discharged and the Prisoner acquitted
And this Deponent further saith that the Prisoner being so
discharged was on Account of this Deponent not hearing his
Name called and not through and Neglect or Collusion of this
Deponent as he would have Prosecuted the Prisoner with
effect
