Who being on Oath say and first the said John younger< no role >
saith that last
Thursday evening about 7 o Clock this Informant saw a Man now present who
Calls himself Robert Haines< no role >
enter the Shop of Francis Russell< no role >
, Milliner in
the Strand
as he believes with intent to Steal for there were two other Men in
company with said Haines, when Informant first saw them that they passed
said Shop three times and each time looked in at the Corner of the Windows
that one of said Men attempted to go into said Shop but did not, when said
Haines immediately went in at the shop door, the other two standing at
that time near the door. Informant called to John Dobbins< no role >
to assist him
who secured said Haines as he was coming out at the door of said ShopAnd the said
John Dobbins< no role >
says that he was in company with said Younger on
Thursday evening last and assisted said Younger in Securing said Robert
Haines< no role >
