Powder. Saith that a Pistol a Parcel of Trinkets One Laced
Apron two Combs and a Book of Accounts now produced
and found in the Possession of William Tomlin< no role > (a Prisoner
now her present) are part of the Contents of the said
Trunk so feloniously taken and Carried away as
aforesaid and are the Property of her Husband the said
Alexander Mailland< no role > . And this Informant further saith
that a Waistcoat and Shirt likewouse now produced are
the property of her husband and were in the Trunk at the
time it was Stolen. That the said two last mentioned
Articles were found in the Possession of Richard Mills< no role >
or taken Off his back as appears by the Information
of William Elbey< no role > . to which Information She refers

And this Informant lastly Saith that the said
William Tomlin< no role > and Richard Mills< no role > are the persons
as she verily believes who [..] Committed the felony and
Robbery aforesaid.
