Informations taken this Twenty-
-sixth day of January 1784 at the
Parish of St. John the Evangelist
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex upon an
Inquisition touching the Death of
Constance Frost< no role > lying dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

John Vaughan< no role > a Lodger at Mr. William
Wade
< no role > 's in Tufter Street in the Parish of St.
John the Evangelist Westmr. Taylor on his
Oath saith That he Lodged in the First Floor
and frequently saw Constance Frost< no role > the Deced who was
apprentice to Mr. Wade, who appeared
to be well and hearty. That she looked
so [..] every Day when he saw her, and
last Friday the twenty third Instant
about five o'Clock in the Afternoon she was
bringing in a Pair of Water, and then
looked as usual but either Mr. or
Mrs. Wade told Dept. one day last week
that the Deced had a Diziness in her
Head and that her Hands sh [..] Say, that on Saturday last
in the Forenoon being the 24th day of this instant January
Mrs. Wade called Dept. down Stairs and
desired him to go to see how Deced
was saying that she had called her but
had no answer, excepting, [..] upon
which Dept. went down into the Cellar
which was dark and when Dept. had
a lighted Candle he found the Deced
upon her Knees on the Ground, at the
End of some Robert Hutches, upon which
there was a Bed, and two Blankets, and
he thinks a Sheet, Says that he spoke to
the Deced who made no answer, and
Dept. thought that she was dead,Says that
