Who being upon Oath say and first the
said George Wilson< no role >
says that about 3 oClock in the
afternoon of Thursday last he saw a Saddle and two
Bridles hanging up in his Masters Stable in St.
Martins Lane
, which were this Informants Masters
propertyAnd the said William True< no role >
says that
about half past 4 oClock on Thursday last he went
into the said Stable where he found a person now
present who calls himself Thomas Simms< no role >
lying
under the MangerThat he apprehended him
and on looking round the said Stable perceived the
said Saddle and Bridles were removed, that the
Saddle was lying near the said Manger and
the said Bridles under the Manger and further
says that he doth verify believes the said Thomas
Simms< no role >
stole the said Saddle & Bridles
