The Information of John Gondour of Leman Street Goodmansfield Watchmaker
Thomas Gardner< no role > of Upper Manfields officer of Excise and Thomas Horred< no role > Servant to
Mr. Harrison of Prescot Street Goodmansfield Glass Cutter taken this 15th
John Gondour
day of Decr Before us two of His Majesty Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County and first the said John Gondour on His Oath
Saith on Friday night last between 8 & 9 oClock
The Prisoner at the Bar banged his hand therein

in Leman Street aforesaid and seized a Gold Watch now produced and for
the same from a Screen affixed to the said Window
and run away. That He called out Stop Thief
that Bridget Henissy< no role > and Thomas Horrox< no role >
in [..] few precincts [..] after brought said Watch
to him saying they found the same near the
Middle of Said Street

Thos. Gardner< no role > of Upper Moorfield< no role > Officer of
Excise for himself Sayith between 8 and nine as he on Friday night at
was passing said Street he heard a Window
wasbroken on the other side of the Way about Thirty
or forty Yard distance that he saw the Prisoner
who says his Name is Joseph Herrison running
from where he heard the Sound and oatery of
Stop thiefThat the prisoner croped the way
toward this Informant when he run against
him with his Shoulder which made him tall
near to the Middle of the said Street [..] That
this Informant laid hold of him and immediately carryed
