The Information of Elizabeth the Wife of
John Jenkins< no role > of Nicholas Court< no role > Rosemary
Lane Mariner taken on Oath before
us two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace Acting in and for the said County
the 22d day of September 1783

Who being on her Oath saith That about he Hour of
Twelve o' Clock this Day she left the Room of her
Husband in a House in Nicholas Court aforesaid
That the property now produced is the property of
her said Husband and at the time she went out as
aforesaid was in a Box in the said Room and consists
of one Callimanos Quittled Petticoat one Scarlet Cloak
Trimmed with Ermine one Blue Cloth Jacket
one Manchester Waistcoat one Check Shirt one
Blue Great Coath and one pair of Trowsers
That she returned toherthe said Room between the
Hours of one and twofallon this day as aforesaid
and found there in the person now present who
Says his Name is John Carron< no role > Standingalsonear
to the said property which were laying in the
medMiddle of the Room and which she
believes the said John Carron< no role > had taken out of
the said Box with an Intent to carry the
Same away.
