The Information of Thomas Carpmeal< no role > & Patrick
Mc Manus
< no role > taken before me this 26th. day of
September 1783.

Who being on Oath say and first the said Thomas Carpmeal< no role > says
that on Saturday last the 20th. Instant he this Informant with others
Went to a house in Tennis Court Holborn kept by one Samuel Wilson< no role >
where he found in th Cellar a cutter and a Tool for Edging both fixed
and this Informant further saith that in consequence of the Information
of Joseph Roe< no role > he found hid in the wall of said Cellar fifty four false
and counterfeit shillings together with some base Metal and the said
Patrick Mc. Manus for himself says that he accompanied the said
Thomas Carpmeal< no role > to the said house on the 20th. Instant where he this
Informant found in the back parlour some CorksawScowering paper
and two files, and on the Monday following by the Direction of the said
Joseph Roe< no role > he found hid in the Chimney of said Parlour a Quantity of
Sissil, and in the chimney of the fore Garrett of said houseofa Quantity
of Scowering paper cork and about [..] Thirty one false and counterfeit
Shillings.
